Description
This two-day workshop focuses on the components of an effective campaign. You will learn about creating effective goals and the basics of creating campaigns. Participants will use the CLC federal election strategy as a model but will leave with the capacity to build campaigns to meet their local needs. This workshop is targeted at activists who are in leadership positions or who want to learn more about how to build an effective campaign for their union.

This one-day workshop is focused on member-to-member outreach and developing skills for persuasive conversations. Participants will review the basic skills for navigating tough and frustrating conversations with members that disagree with us. There will be an opportunity to move these skills into action in the workshop. This workshop is targeted at activists who are engaged in talking to fellow members and are looking to build their skills and expand their work within their union or community.
